Tyron began his career in the NGO and disability sector in the UK, training as a community social worker.
As Workwise general manager across the Auckland and Waikato regions, Tyron supports teams of employment consultants, manages contract relationships, and develops awareness of mental health at work. He has a strong focus on social justice, including the need to ensure people can be fully involved in their lives and the communities they live in.
