Sarah has worked in communications and engagement for more than 15 years, helping organisations reach the people they serve in ways that are meaningful and easy to understand. She believes good communication connects people, it doesn’t just share information. Through her mahi she has a genuine commitment to clear, honest communication, and to the role of te reo Māori and tikanga in everyday life as a natural part of communicating in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Before joining Workwise in 2026, Sarah spent nearly nine years at Pinnacle Midlands Health Network as senior communications advisor. Earlier in her career she worked at the Wise Group, making returning to Workwise feel like coming full circle.
