EMPLOYMENT CONSULTANT Full time Auckland based
Do you have experience in the mental health, disability or employment sectors? Are you a positive, confident people person? Do you believe that purpose brings health and wellbeing? If so, this could be the position for you!
In this role you’ll directly support job seekers with experience of mental illness to find, get and keep a job – that’s a job they really want with an employer who sees and values their skills and potential. It’s about supporting people to reach their employment goals or career aspirations – whatever they may be. You’ll work closely with mental health teams, social development agencies, other non-government organisations and of course, employers.
Ideally you’ll be able to demonstrate: • strong skills and relevant experience in the field of mental health and/or employment • exceptional relationship building and communication skills • innovative and problem-solving thinking • a focus on responsiveness, relationships and results • a client-focused approach • excellent time management and organisation skills • strong computer skills.
