Workwise is an employment agency for people with experience of mental illness or addiction.
Workwise is a unique agency. Our staff are skilled in mental health and employment. Employers value our services, as we go above and beyond a usual recruitment agency – and we do it for free. People returning to work value our support, as we don’t just place people in a job and walk away.
Depression and anxiety and other mental illnesses, can and do affect anyone – including doctors, lawyers, cleaners, shop workers, engineers and teachers.
We know that having a paid job is a key part of helping people get well, and stay well. Our aim is to help people into decent, lasting jobs, and to help everyone get the best from the employment relationship.
